Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunting

Our deer hunts are on our own property in the Niobrara Valley in North Central Nebraska.   We hunt 5,000 acres with 3 ½ miles of riverfront.  Even though this is a working ranch, our management decisions are based on what’s best for our whitetail population.  This includes food plots, green fields to shoot over, and the livestock being excluded from the majority of our timbered acres  Normally we will harvest no more than three or four trophy deer a year giving our hunters an excellent chance at a deer at or over 150 B&C points.  Rifle, archery, and muzzleloader hunts are all available with each hunt consisting of 5 days hunting, lodging on the ranch, and all meals.  We can customize our hunts to fit about any needs.

Seasons:

Archery:  Sept. 15 through Dec. 31 with the exception of a 9 day closure during rifle season.

Rifle:  Nine day season beginning the second weekend in Nov.

Muzzleloader:  Dec. 1 through Dec. 31.  Note: Maximum of 1x power scope or open sights, inline is ok.

Please refer to the Nebraska Game & Parks web site for final season dates and regulations.  Anyone born after Jan. 1, 1977 must have completed a hunter education or bowhunter education program to hunt big game in Nebraska.

Costs:

Rifle Trophy Whitetail Deer:  $3750 for 5 days hunting.

Archery Trophy Whitetail Deer:  $2750 for 5 days hunting.

Muzzleloader Trophy Whitetail Deer:  $3500 for 5 days hunting.

*A doe whitetail may be harvested as an additional deer during the allotted hunt time for the cost of the permit if available.

All hunts include 6 nights lodging, meals, 1x1 guiding, and transportation on the ranch. 

Price does not include license, sales tax, alcohol, meat processing, taxidermy, transportation to or from the ranch, guide gratuities, or anything else not listed above.  Any animal that is wounded but not recovered is a harvested animal and the hunt is considered complete.

Booking/Cancellation:

50% due at booking to ensure desired dates.  Balance due on arrival and any cancellation more than 30 days prior to hunt will be credited to a future hunt.
